About Me

I am a life long fan of personal development. I became an Accredited Life Coach in 2002, after studying with the Achievement Specialsts in Bournemouth. In 2003, I studied to become a Relationship Coach with the Relationship Coaching Institute.  I gained the Post Graduate Diploma in Career Guidance in 2004, studying at Napier University in Edinburgh.  From 2005, I worked as the Project Leader, on a Project that helped adults with substance misuse issues, find routes back into Education, Training and Employment. Currently I’m studying marketing (to build this blog) and to learn how to communicate with you.

I like exercise (I don’t do enough of it), but I like it. I like reading, studying, trying new things and helping people to make the best of themselves. I like eating chocolates (hence the exercise).

I like fun, wit, laughter, good food, romance, beautiful locations and fulfilling work. I hope that I am a lot like you!

I also like funny videos and here’s one on some lazy animals, some days I just know how they feel!
